KSWCD officials meet with lawmakers

MINNESOTA, Koochiching County SWCD – In an effort to educate Minnesota lawmakers about the need to fund the state’s Soil and Water Conservation Districts and projects, Koochiching County Soil and Water Conservation District officials have recently attended briefings and meetings in St. Paul.

Pam Tomevi, KSWCD district administrator, attended a legislative briefing and took part in meetings at the state Capitol March 5-6 in St. Paul.
