April 26, 2019by ncdea

COLORADO, Mosca Hooper CD – The Mosca Hooper Conservation District has been awarded $4,200 from the Rio Grande Water Conservation District to support its SLV Targeted Aquifer Recharge Project, a hydrology study currently underway.

These funds will be utilized specifically to support the drilling and monitoring of wells and deploying a Hydraulic Profiling Tool (HPT) which will assist in retrieving data for validating assumptions in use for groundwater modeling in the unconfined aquifer in the project test site.
