WASHINGTON, Cascadia CD – Registration is open until September 30th for the free wood chipping opportunity for Chelan County residents hosted by Cascadia Conservation District. Chipping will occur in mid to late October and requires tracking hours preparing for the chipping crew. Residents must have proof of landowner contribution for the program so that includes record time raking, pruning, thinning trees and other various wildfire preparation activities.
