All conservation district employees and partners are welcome to join monthly virtual trainings focused on a range of topics addressing most pressing district needs.

Join us for a conversation on grants from the perspective of two very different districts both who have increased staff and services through grant dollars. We'll talk about being a small district and exploring options as well as from a larger district view.   ​

ABOUT NCDEA

The National Conservation District Employees Association was conceived in February 1984 and established in February 1992 by district employees with a passion for the local conservation delivery system. They recognized that district employees across the nation, at the direction of their local boards, are primarily responsible for the grassroots local delivery of conservation. 

 

​NCDEA is dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence among conservation district employees. We aspire to strengthen local, state, regional, and national networks by facilitating opportunities for professional growth and development.
