Director, North Central Region

Chessa Frahm

Hello, I am Chessa Frahm, District Manager for the Lac qui Parle Soil and Water Conservation District in Madison, MN. I also serve as President on the Minnesota Association of Conservation District Employees.

I have been working in conservation for 10 years! I started my career as a Water Quality Specialist working with tribal Natural Resource Departments in South Dakota.  For the past 3 years, I’ve worked as the District Manager in Lac qui Parle.

My free time is spent with my husband, Orrie, and our furbaby, Odin.  I enjoy gardening, canning and quilting.  As my family would say I am an “old soul” at heart.

I look forward to working with you!  I’m available by both phone and email if you’d like to talk.
