As your Pacific regional director for the National Conservation District Employees Association, I serve as the primary interface between conservation district professionals and their national association. I am the voice for the knowledge, skills, and experience of conservation district employees. Through my role, I help inform deliberations on national policies and programs affecting conservation districts and the landowners we serve. This position also allows me to relay essential information from the national level to the states in my region.
Every conservation district employee in the United States and their territories is a member of NCDEA. Our 7,000 members bring a vital component to the table in regional and national discussions.
On behalf of NCDEA, I appreciate your interest in the impact of the association on the national level and hope that you’ll become more engaged as we work together to make sure the needs of our local communities are met by conservation programs and services.
