Conservation Greetings!
My name is Rhonda Kelsch and I currently work as a District Administrator for the Emmons County SCD in Linton, ND. I began my conservation career in 2002 and have enjoyed every moment since then. I wear several hats in my district with administration components, watershed coordination, and technical field work. Everyday brings a new challenge with conservation planning, meeting resource concerns, and interaction with landowners. I believe in the value of developing and strengthening a strong working relationship within our partners.
I began my involvement with NCDEA in 2009 as a Northern Plains Regional Representative and served terms as Secretary and Vice President. I also remain very active within the North Dakota Conservation District Employees Association as a grant administrator for several cost share and partnership programs we participate in. The progression of NCDEA has evolved to a strong, standing partnership that is recognized nationally. I believe it is the hard work and dedication that district employees provide at a county level by delivering locally led conservation programs makes us successful.
I look forward to working with you and humbly am honored to represent conservation district employees across this great nation.
