Director’s Message

As your regional director for the National Conservation District Employees Association, I serve as the primary interface between conservation district professionals and their national association.  I represent the knowledge, skills, and experience of conservation district employees in deliberations about national policies and programs affecting conservation districts and their customers.  I also relay information from the national level to the states in my region.

Every conservation district employee in the United States and her territories is a member of NCDEA.  Our 7,000 members bring a vital component to the table in regional and national discussions.

On behalf of NCDEA, I appreciate your interest in NCDEA and hope that you’ll become more engaged as we work together to make sure the needs of our local communities are met by conservation programs and services.
